Model Group’s $30 million Findlay Market-area development lands city funding over neighbors’ objections

A major redevelopment of a dozen historic Findlay Market-area buildings will get a $2.3 million city grant to add dozens of new affordable units, but the City Council vote came after the Over-the-Rhine Community Council opposed the project.
