Molinaro’s Ristorante expects to complete expansion in early fall

After 25-plus years in operation, the Lockport restaurant is expanding its dining room. Plus, an Elmwood Avenue ie cream shop opens; a Southtowns pizzeria adds a third site; and a new fro-yo shop is coming to South Buffalo.
