Morrisville startup raises $25M to advance 3D imaging


An early-stage Morrisville company has filled out a fundraising round after falling short earlier this year.

XinVivo – a UNC spin-out founded in 2015 and based off Airport Boulevard in Morrisville — reported a $25 million fundraising round in a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. In April, the company filed notice of the original $20 million offering but raised just $3 million from eight investors in about a month.
