Mount Laurel hotel, water park to reopen under new ownership


A 14-acre Mount Laurel hotel and indoor water park is set to welcome visitors again this fall after two years and two trips to the auction block.

The 279-room Hotel ML and CoCo Key Water Resort at 915 Route 73 was sold at auction last December for $13 million to an entity named JM Investment Us Lp, an affiliate of United Development in Philadelphia.
