Can Boston become known for being fun?

The city is certainly trying. Earlier this year, Mayor Michelle Wu kicked off a series of events to bring Bostonians back downtown. The first event, “Boston Blooms,” served up 2,000 free coffees and 800 beers. The Downtown Boston Arts Market is now back along Summer Street Plaza every Thursday and Friday.
