Music City home vacancy rate below national average, per recent Lending Tree study


An analysis of U.S. Census Bureau data showed there are nearly 5.5 million vacant homes in major metros across the country. Nashville's contribution to that number is around 58,000, which is less than Atlanta or Charlotte but more than Milwaukee or Lousiville.
