Local homebuilder Legacy South secured the land it needs to build nearly 100 townhomes in one of Nashville's fastest-growing areas. "Dickerson has historically been last on the development train, but it may go faster than some other areas because of its physical characteristics,” the company's co-founder told the Business Journal last year.
