Nashville hotel market expected to remain ‘healthy,’ limited growth in 2024


Nashville's hospitality industry is "healthy" compared to most. The city's hotels have sold seven out of 10 rooms every night for the past 10 months, a figure that is well above the national average. Jan Freitag, CoStar Group's national director of hospitality market analytics, shares his 2024 predictions for the local hotel market.
