Austin real estate investor Nate Paul has for the second time in a month averted a 10-day jail sentence ordered by a Travis County judge. This time, Paul has been granted temporary reprieve from the Texas Supreme Court. It's the latest twist in a long-running dispute with a limited partner, the Roy F. and Joann Cole Mitte Foundation.
