National home prices take a dip, Nashville holds steady


A recent study from the National Association of Realtors found the median home price in America had fallen for the first time in over 10 years. Prices locally have continued to grow, though at a much more modest pace than in recent years. Anna Altic, vice president for Greater Nashville Realtors, spoke with the Business Journal about how the city is bucking the national trend.
