National retailer with Greensboro to sell assets as part of Chapter 11 bankruptcy restructuring

Soft Surroundings, a St. Louis-based retailer, sells women’s clothes, beauty products, gifts and home décor items. If its reorganization plan is approved, it will shutter its brick-and-mortar stores.
