Nestle announced Monday a $7.15 billion agreement with Starbucks to sell the coffee giant’s consumer and foodservice products globally, outside of Starbucks stores.
"This transaction is a significant step for our coffee business, Nestle's largest high-growth category," Nestle CEO Mark Schneider said in a statement. "With Starbucks, Nescafé and Nespresso we bring together three iconic brands in the world of coffee."
