Netflix Inc. will take over yet another new office development in Hollywood.
The streaming giant has signed a lease to fully occupy Epic, a 13-story, 327,913-square-foot creative high-rise currently under construction by Hudson Pacific Properties Inc. at 5901 Sunset Boulevard.
Netflix (NASDAQ: NFLX) is scheduled to start moving into the new space in January 2020. The lease concludes in 2031.
