New 138-acre industrial park coming to Aurora


An industrial park with five buildings containing up to 1.9 million square feet is coming to Aurora.

Developed by Chicago-based First Industrial Realty Trust, Inc. (NYSE: FR), the project is called First Aurora Commerce Center. First Industrial acquired the 138-acre site near the intersection of E-470 and I-70, at E 26th and Picadilly Rd., for $8.8 million.
