Downtown Honolulu workers will have a new lunch spot next month when Burgers on Bishop opens in the Topa Financial Center below Bar Leather Apron.
Hawaii Chef Toby Sakoda is behind the new venture, which will serve grab-and-go breakfast options, salads, acai bowls and desserts as well as burgers.
