Butcher & the Boar, the restaurant known for smoked meat and whiskey, is officially back in Minneapolis just over a decade after it initially launched — two years and some change after it closed its first run.

Jester Concepts unveils its updated take on Butcher & the Boar at last next Tuesday at 901 N. Third St. in the trendy North Loop neighborhood, across downtown from the original Butcher & the Board but far from two other Jester concepts, Borough and Parlour.
