More details have emerged from the formal application for the 10K project by Mohanna Development Co. in downtown Sacramento. Here are some newly revealed components of the project, which would be on the southwest corner of 10th and K streets.
1. On the second and third floor, guests at the 205-room hotel that’s part of the 15-story project will have a lounge and bar with an open design. The rooftop will have a garden with views of downtown Sacramento.
