A new two-level event venue is opening soon across the Mississippi River from downtown St. Paul, near Harriet Island Regional Park.
The Lowlands is expected to open in May within a repurposed industrial building at 160 Wabasha St. S. In the meantime, it's accepting bookings and scheduling tours.
St. Paul City Council is expected to approve liquor and entertainment licenses for The Lowlands during its meeting next Wednesday.
