Another restaurant has been incentivized to open in the suburbs. The Kyle City Council on Dec. 20 approved incentives for Spoon + Fork Thai Kitchen, one of the many restaurants that will be located in the $90 million Kyle Crossing retail center off I-35 near Kyle Parkway.
