New Land plans 25-story east side high-rise with luxury apartments at ‘a lower price point’

New Land Enterprises intends to offer lower, more “approachable” rental rates for the approximately 300 luxury units in a planned apartment tower with up to 25 stories on Milwaukee’s lower east side.
