New lawsuit accuses Oceanwide of missing payments for security at stalled construction site


Work on Oceanwide Center—perhaps downtown San Franicsco's most prominent construction site—remains stalled after the planned 2 million-square-foot project was seized as collateral by creditors in 2021.
