After some delay, a new SpringHill Suites by Marriott hotel has finally opened its doors at the Paseo Del Norte and Interstate-25 interchange.
The 94-suite hotel, located at 5910 Holly Ave. NE, will operate as a Marriott franchise owned by Paseo Hospitality LLC and managed by Albuquerque-based Total Management Systems Inc.
The contractor on the $8 million project was Albuquerque-based Sundaram Builders Inc.
