New owners of Kickstand Café, Kickstand Cycles see expansion on the horizon


As they transition under new ownership, partnering shops Kickstand Café and Kickstand Cycles plan to stay focused on what they do best: selling coffee, pastries and bicycles.

On Sept. 22, Derek Roland and his wife Carson took over the establishments that were founded in December 2021. Kickstand Café and Kickstand Cycles — located at 1127 Alameda Blvd.share an open space, allowing customers to take advantage of both services.
