New pasta market planned for downtown Raleigh lets diners create own taste


The founder and creative director behind Raleigh-based Umbria Hospitality Group has announced plans for a new Italian street concept which will be housed inside the Morgan Street Food Hall in downtown Raleigh.

Samad Hachby is hoping for a September opening for Pazza Pasta, featuring Italian meats and cheeses, cheese plates, fresh salads and even a cannoli bar.
