NewQuest proposes $350M, 93-acre mixed-use district in Pearland’s Lower Kirby area


The preliminary site plan NewQuest submitted to the city of Pearland includes three apartment complexes, a hotel with conference center, an entertainment complex, several retail pads and a boardwalk along an existing detention pond.
