The controlling owner of the Tennessee Titans NFL franchise is the new owner of more than 330 acres of land in rural Williamson County, according to public records.
Amy Adams Strunk, through the entity MCM Properties Holding LLC, paid $14 million for property at 4050 and 4080 Wilson Pike, according to records filed Dec. 2.
Those nearly 279 acres border another 54-acre property at 4082 Wilson Pike, which MCM Properties Holding purchased in August for $4.45 million, according to records.
