NKU reveals details of $112M project


Plans for Northern Kentucky University’s Town Center project are continuing to develop.

The $112.6 million town center project at the intersection of Nunn Drive and U.S. 27 was originally announced in December. It will include a 65,000-square-foot St. Elizabeth Healthcare-anchored medical office building, 30,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space, 225,000 square feet of residential space, a hotel and public parking in addition to greenspace and other amenities.
