Noa Botanicals received a formal notice to proceed from the Hawaii State Department of Health and is planning to open its second Oahu medical marijuana retail dispensary on Friday in Kaneohe.
The DOH issued the notice on Wednesday after Manoa Botanicals LLC, dba Noa Botanicals, passed its onsite inspection of the 1,700-square-foot dispensary, located at 46-28 Kawa St., in a small strip center next door to the Windward Mall.
