That's how long developer Kenny Hinkes has been looking forward to this day. The Carlisle, a luxury condominium project located at the corner of Carlisle Boulevard and Central Avenue, held a grand opening Wednesday after rebuilding following an arson fire in November 2016 that destroyed the project.
