NorthPoint wins approval to build hundreds of apartments near Northland HQ


A 342-unit multifamily community planned between Cherry and Holmes streets in the Northland represents an offshoot of NorthPoint Development's nearby headquarters, a former Cerner Corp. campus where the local builder has invested around $30 million in renovations.
