Oahu retail vacancy rates fall in Q3, according to Colliers report


Vacancy rates peaked at 8.24% in the first quarter of 2021 — due in part to repercussions from the pandemic, the report noted. But by the third quarter of 2023, the market “demonstrated resilience” with vacancy rates dropping to 5.79%.
