Oakland group, co-founders that want to redevelop Coliseum site face lawsuit

AASEG beat out a plan presented by former Oakland A's star Dave Stewart and his sports agent wife, Lonnie Murray, to get an exclusive negotiating agreement centered on the city's stake of the Oakland Coliseum complex.
