Off-shore company pays $14.5M for Four Seasons condo in Miami-Dade


A condo in the new Four Seasons Residences at the Surf Club in Surfside sold for $14.5 million to an off-shore company.

SC Residences Condominium LLC, an affiliate of developer Fort Partners, sold the 4,668-square-foot unit S-511 in the building at 9001 Collins Ave. to Chateauroux Holdings, a company registered in the Bahamas with a Coral Gables address. The managing member of the company is attorney John P. Zampino, although it’s not clear who owns it.
