Office, housing, retail — and live music? A 2,500-seat concert venue may anchor the next big redevelopment project at Bishop Ranch


Sunset has set out to remake Bishop Ranch from a business park to the city's defacto downtown. The developer said at a Business Times event Thursday evening that live music could be the next part of that.
