OHA confirms second vaping illness, cautions against using e-cigarettes


Oregon health officials confirmed a second respiratory illness related to vaping, and they are encouraging people to avoid e-cigarettes or quit.

“We don’t know yet which types of e-cigarettes or vaping devices are causing this serious illness, so the safest thing to do is not to vape at all,” said Oregon Health Authority spokeswoman Delia Hernandez.
