Ohio’s ‘transformational’ tax credit fills in critical gaps for The Merchant Building, Grandview Crossing


The two Central Ohio projects that won state transformational mixed-use tax credits promise to add nearly 1,500 apartments, hundreds of thousands of square feet of office and retail and several hundred hotel rooms to the region.
