Opinion: How cities and homeless services providers can better work together in Portland


Housing alone does not solve homelessness. Housing for those living unsheltered works best when supportive services, like transportation, clean water and meals are easily accessible and when partners work together in a shared mission of doing everything possible to get our unhoused neighbors permanently off the streets.
