MarineMax requests 50-year lease on Pinellas County waterfront property for $38M yacht facility


MarineMax is looking to expand its local presence and significantly enhance its manufacturing capabilities with a $38 million facility in Pinellas County.

Documents show that the Clearwater-based yacht mega-dealership has requested a 50-year lease for over 9.5 acres from the county-owned St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport.
