Organic restaurant pioneer Lynn Gordon will open first of two Peoples Organic locations at MSP airport this week


Lynn Gordon, whose French Meadow Bakery & Cafe concept was the top-grossing food vendor at Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport from 2014 to 2017, is opening her second concept, Peoples Organic, at the airport on Wednesday.

The 900-square-foot space, which will be Peoples Organic's first at a major airport, will open in Terminal 1's Concourse F. The franchised restaurant-cafe focuses on organic, locally grown food, and has seven locations throughout Minnesota and the University of Massachusetts.…
