Our View: Will Legislators trample housing in mad dash to exits?


August is a time for California lawmakers to make their annual and unseemly mad dash toward the finish of their session less than four weeks from now. Bills dealing with anything controversial have formed a typical traffic jam. Time as much as politics will determine what will eventually roll past the finish line.
