Lawsuit settlement: Trulieve gets to open more Florida medical marijuana dispensaries


The state's largest medical marijuana provider now has the ability to open even more dispensaries across Florida.

Toronto-based Trulieve Cannabis Corp., which filed a lawsuit last year against the Florida Department of Health, reached a settlement with the state last Friday that allows the company to expand past caps previously set by state law.
