Owner of Durham mental health company sentenced to 5 years


The owner of a Durham mental health company has been sentenced to five years in prison for filing fraudulent claims.

Catinia Farrington, a resident of Cypress, Texas, was sentenced in February after pleading guilty to one count of health care fraud conspiracy and one count of tax evasion for the year 2014.
