Owners of Armando’s, Lulu’s to open Mandito’s Tex-Mex location in Katy area

This will be the second Houston-area location of Mandito’s Tex-Mex, following the restaurant that opened earlier this year at 5101 Bellaire Blvd. in Bellaire and the original location in Round Top.
