The couple behind Vancouver's Rally Pizza reached across the Columbia for a new restaurant venture: purchasing Southeast Portland's Lucky Horseshoe Lounge.
Shan Wickham and Alan Maniscalco bounced back from the closing of Rally Pizza in December when they reopened the pizzeria inside Victor-23 brewery in Vancouver.
