Panasonic gives De Soto first look at site plan for $4B electric-vehicle battery plant


Between December and April, Panasonic will seek a three-part site plan approval process with De Soto for its $4 billion electric-vehicle battery plant in the former Sunflower Army Ammunition Plant. The company presented more information to city planners Tuesday evening.
