Having landed three massive leases since December, Panattoni Development Co. plans to roll out at least two more speculative buildings in Marshall County this year.
In December, Panattoni signed Amazon to a 554,000-square-foot building in its Gateway Global Logistics Center. In January, it landed a 790,000-square-foot lease in Gateway Global from Pyrex's parent company, Corelle Brands. And, in February, Kellogg Co. agreed to lease a 775,000-square-foot building, also at the same site.
