Bank of America Corp.'s annual shareholder meeting today went smoothly compared to Wells Fargo & Co.'s (NYSE: WFC) contentious affair on Tuesday.
Charlotte-based BofA (NYSE: BAC) hosted its meeting at the Hilton Charlotte Center City on Wednesday morning. Topics ranged from the bank's 2018 performance to diversity and inclusion and environmental initiatives. A four-person panel of consumer and small-business banking executives also highlighted BofA's growth in those sectors.
