Papa John’s chief development officer to retire immediately


An executive described as a close confidant of Papa John's International Inc. founder John Schnatter announced his retirement.

Chief Development Officer and International President Timothy O'Hern told the pizza company's board Wednesday that would retire immediately, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

O'Hern started with Papa John's in 1995. He will remain a franchisee of nine locations, which he owns and operates.
