Pappas Restaurants sues city of Houston, alleges misconduct with process for Hobby Airport contract


Pappas Restaurants filed a lawsuit on April 11 against the city of Houston, alleging that the city failed to comply with applicable state law, city policy and procedures in the procurement, “undermining the objectivity and integrity of the procurement process,” the lawsuit said.
