Part of IDS Center remains closed Thursday because of water-related electrical outages, damages


Some of the top floors of the IDS Center remained closed Thursday due to electrical outages related to a water overflow in one of the building's water expansion tanks. The issues also knocked a local radio station, whose antenna is atop IDS, off the airwaves.
